Had a wonderful, first rate dinner. Probably one of our best seafood dinning experiences! First off, the place is Beautiful, contemporary and classy design. We choose the dinning room and were seated in a very comfy banquet. The service was great. Attentive, helpful and friendly without being overbearing. As an example, my espresso was served WITH my dessert as requested, not 5 minutes before the dessert arrived or 10 minutes after (as happens in far too many other places). The food... INCREDIBLE!! We had their mixed smoked fish platter as an app (they call it seacuterie... ok to me that's a bit pretentious, but then again so is using the term charcuterie on a menu. Doesn't matter, the flavor was killer). Each was served with a unique preparation with special garnish that balances the smokiness of the fish. All were great, but the octopus tourchon & scallops were our favs. I had the grouper, K had the Lobster salad. Both were perfectly cooked, well balanced and just incredible. The grouper was served with a side of lobster ravioli that could have served as an entry in its own right! The banana bread pudding was good, and although it was very pretty, the taste / texture / balance was not as spectacular as the rest of our meal had been. We are fans and will be back!

Starter: summer salad- green goddess dressing was great! Me: I went with Ryan's suggestion and did half portions of the Halibut and Chilean Sea Bass - Amazing! Halibut was probably the best I've ever had. Sea Bass was excellent as well and both were cooked perfect! And if you are a foodie you know that with fish that is huge! Wife: she had the Tuna Stack and still can't stop talking about it. Desert: We went with Key Lime pie...had to because it had coconut crust and anything coconut is a favorite with wife. These guys are doing food justice! Server: very attentive and professional! Ask for Ryan! Great guy!

So, I'm halfway through my meal & I just realized it's so good, I don't want it to end. I'm slowing down so I can savor every bite. They had me at the Cucumber Basil Martini. And this sandwich, this Tuna Stack sandwich is so perfect that I'm at a loss for words. I need a distraction so I taste some of my husbands Chilean Sea Bass. It is cooked to perfection and so flavorful that we have to compliment the chef. I feel like I'm writing a love novel & this is the wrong venue. I'll stop here and just tell you to ask for Ryan. Great server, very professional. Ask for him quick, this guy is going places!

PB Catch definitely has four star quality food but loses one star for the portion to price ratio. The restaurant is very nice, clean and modern. The tables are very close together making for a nosy atmosphere so it's difficult to have a dinner conversation. Started with the sea cuterie with mussels, octopus, and fish dip. To say they were small portions is an understatement. Literally a teaspoon of food. Had the lobster and sea bass for main courses which again were excellent. Definitely one of the best tasting sea bass I have eaten but there's no extras with the dinner so you only get fish on a plate. For $45 they could dress it up a little. Great food but significantly overpriced.

From the moment we were greeted by the host to being waited on by Leo, we had a great experience. The cocktails were unique and expertly prepared, especially the hibiscus cocktail. We enjoyed very fresh oysters, a very creative "sea-cuterie" plate, tuna, sea bass, and a juicy and very tasty burger. This restaurant is definitely not for those on a budget, but I would find it worthy of a splurge for a special occasion. I can't wait to go back!

Nice, modern and sleek environment. The fish is fresh and simple. Must try the sea salt fries!

Friendly and attentive waitstaff. Beautiful inside. Excellent cocktails. Delicious food (although the sea-cutteri was hit and miss). But the portion sizes are so hilariously small that I cannot give more than 3 stars. My suggestion is to have a late lunch before going for dinner.

Came here for an anniversary, food was excellent, the sea bass was the best I have ever had. Dessert was ok. The manager at one point walked around and greeted the people next to us, it doesn't seem like they do anything special if your celebrating. Either way the waiter was attentive and food was great!

Had an extremely enjoyable experience here a couple weeks back. We arrived before they opened for dinner (oops), but the manager was very accommodating and seated us anyway. Awesome start to a fantastic meal. For appetizers, we ordered the crispy scallops and the mussels. First of all, the crispy scallop dish was one of the best dishes I've ever had. WOW it was so good! Perfect little scallops, braised oxtail, chewy spaetzle, and green apple. Amazing combination made for a very rich and decadent dish. It was so good I wanted to eat it for my entree, but my fish ended up being even better. The mussels were also awesome- generous portion, delicious broth. For our entrees, we all ordered half orders of fish. The arctic char and mahi mahi were just okay, but my Scottish salmon dish was one of the best pieces of salmon I've ever eaten. I don't ever order salmon in restaurants because it's usually dry, but I took a chance because it was Scottish. Do yourself a favor and order it medium rare, and it will be the best salmon ever. It was rich, crispy, and everything you'd want in a piece of fish. The pea risotto on the side was also fantastic. HIGHLY recommend the salmon entree. For dessert, we had the flourless chocolate cake and the passionfruit cheesecake. The chocolate cake was just alright, but the cheesecake was divine. It had just the right amount of passionfruit flavor- very subtle! Absolutely delicious. Overall, I was extremely pleased with my experience at PB Catch. It exceeded my expectations to the extreme. I wish I lived in Florida so I could dine here more often!

I had the nicest time at PB Catch. Wonderfully fresh fish, great original recipes, presentation and impeccable service. And the wine list is the best. I really, really love this place! Great effort guys... good job!! Thumbs up =)

Awesome happy hour! Oysters are $1 each and drinks are 2-for-1 from 4:30 to 6:30. Oysters were fresh. We had both Blue Point and Canadian Balone (Balone's were $4.50 each). Great ambience and friendly service.

Unless you're idea of fun is $2.75 mini-oysters, watered-down drinks, dining with tourists and chopped salmon mixed with mayo pretending to be tartare, stay far away from this rip-off. Used to be hard to get a rez, now you just walk in any time. People who live in PB dropped this joint long ago.

Wow! More than just grilled fish on a plate. These guys know how to be creative with every dish. Had Walleye from Lake Erie which is unusual for down in South Florida. Seacuterie choice were inventive and only available here. Salmon Pastrami, mmmmm good! Octopus and mussels as well . Carrot cake by Chef Derrick with bourbon pineapple was delish. Changing to casual surf shack for the summer. Should be fun. Coming back next season for full menu for sure .

We went 2 weeks ago and had the Flavor of Palm Beach menu it was superb. Thank you for giving back to our community! in sept many restaurants give a portion of their proceeds to the local food bank. This place was very creative with their menu items kudos to the Chef our service was excellent as well. I will be back again!

Overall an amazing experience. Daniel, the manager, is always so accommodating! Very personable and professional person. The food i tried last night was absolutely incredible! From the starters to the desert, the culinary team seems to take a lot of pride in the food that comes out of the kitchen. They also have a happy hour from 4:30-6:30 i believe.

I have no idea why the ratings on this place are as low as they are, because this is by far my favorite place in Palm Beach. Maybe the people here aren't ready for it? I don't know, but I highly recommend you get your ass here if you're not looking for a super stuffy dining experience. The ambience is modern and a little sexy, with sleek white and blue clean lines everywhere and an interesting and varied menu. We went for happy hour and sat at the bar and ended up getting so happy we stayed for dinner and beyond. The cocktails were delicious and flowing freely. I started with the Muude, which I'm still not sure I exactly know how to pronounce except to say it tasted refreshing on that hot afternoon. It was vanilla vodka, and fresh muddled mint and lime, as well as Gosling's Ginger Beer. Am I ever going to throw anything named Gosling off my table? No, I am not. I wanted to keep ordering those, but I am an adventurous lady and had to keep trying something new. I also loved the Spice Martini and the Blackberry Mint Gin and Tonic. At any other restaurant, those would be my favorites, but the Muude was so good, I want to call it my one and only from here on out. We had the happy hour special oysters, $1 each for freshly shucked. Everything was so great we stayed a little longer and got the Seacuterie plate. The Seacuterie is a seafood charcuterie plate. We got the choice of three options/ The salmon pastrami came with rye croutons and a house 1000 island sauce and sauerkraut. There was a house smoked fish dup with big crunchy flatbread crackers. My favorite was the smoked mussel piperade. Two of my favorite things in the world are mussels and roasted red peppers, so I could've snacked on this all night and been a happy lady. I can't recommend highly enough how fun and interesting these choices were. I would, and will, come back just to play around in the seacuterie plate when I come back to Palm Beach. My dining partner was so enthused over the seafood choices (and in his cocktails) that he decided we had to try the caesar salad with anchovies to test this place for real. Test passed. The salad was wonderful, and it's hat other caesars aspire for. If you're hanging out living the good life in Palm Beach, you probably have plenty of time to kick back and enjoy this place for hours like we did. This is the most imaginative, inventive, and modern restaurant I've found in Palm Beach, and I highly recommend it. I can't wait to come back for another happy hour stretched into the night. Thanks for the great time.

Came here tonight for dinner and I am so happy that I did! Service was FANTASTIC. We arrived early for our reservation and were given options if we wanted to be seated early or wait for the original table. I had a pear martini which was super yummy. Water glasses never were empty and they were very quick to making sure any needs were taken care of. I had the scallops and my friend had the mahi mahi. Both were truly delicious and well presented. Next time I am back in the area, I will be back without a doubt! Thank you for such a fantastic time!

I am giving this resturants a one star because we arrived at 8.30pm on a Saturday night , to find that they were out of Chilean Sea Bass as well as Grouper!! There are only three fish dishes on this menu and to be out of two, of the three, shows poor management skills!!

This is a must stop for fish lovers. The setting is very modern. They have a formal dining room or you could sit in the lounge (I sat in the lounge.) The raw bar was bigger than most "bars" I go to. It must have had 15 seats. At PB they have a starters menu before you order the appetizers. I just love any restaurant that does this and will usually do what I did here and order half of that menu. The have a oyster sampler I suggest you try. You get four each of three kinds and it was a ton of fun to eat. Everything was fresh and clean. Very minimalist approach to seasoning. I cant stand chefs who don't understand less is more. This chef gets it. They have a Oyster happy hour that I will be going to the next time I am in town.

Wonderful ambiance, felt like I was in the Hamptons at a very upscale fish restaurant. The starter was this fabulous pesto and spaghetti squash salad which I might have had two of and skipped the entre. We shared a 4 pound lobster which was great but there wasn't another dish on their summer menu I would have ordered so we went for the lobster which was done to perfection. So no complaints, just go if you want lobster.

I dined here last evening and enjoyed the happy hour at the bar (might I add their happy hour menu is awesome, lots of choices for food and drinks!) I recently met the manager Daniel (a VERY nice man) who recommended I try the smoked fish dip so I did, and it was absolutely delicious!!! Best smoked fish dip I've had in south florida! The cobia sashimi was also delicious! The bartender who served me was very friendly, the restaurant is beautifully blue, white, and tropical. Will DEF be returning for the banana bread pudding! (:

Dined here last night at the bar area (it seemed to be a little more inviting than the actual dining area). Let me start off with the negatives...the king crab claw lacked any type of flavor (maybe because we are at the end of the season) and the rock shrimp had way too much gooey batter encasing them. Now the positives...there is a gentleman behind the seafood bar named Chris who was the most engaging person there. He tailored our oyster order based on our taste preferences and got all 3 selections perfectly right. He delivered a sample or two of other items to pique our interest and was knowledgeable about everything on the menu. We topped it off with a delicious key lime pie with a coconut crust. He truly made our experience a great one...stop by and see him, you won't be disappointed!

Hands down best seafood in town! Friend of mine and I went last nite and say at a hightop in the bar lounge area which reminds me of a very sleek yacht. The service, the food was excellent. We ordered about 4 appetizers and split a catch of the day which was the red snapper. I've never had fish that good it was cooked to perfection. The seacuterie is a must try! If you haven't been here I recommend you go. Excellent wine by the glass as well.

Love this place. We showed up very early, before dinner service - and were seated and fed anyway. The atmosphere is contemporary and upscale with a nice mix of current tunes playing in the background. There is a raw bar as well as an interesting concept called "Seacuterie" which is like charcuterie but prepared with seafood. This looked good but pricey so we didn't try any of those. Instead, we went with raw oysters. These were pristine, fresh and tasty. For starters we had crispy bay scallops - these sweet little guys were deep fried and served with braised oxtail, herbed spaetzle, and compressed green apple. OMG that dish was delicious! We also had the mussels, cooked in a sweet corn broth with lamb sausage. Also outstanding. We all had fish for our entrees. These are offered in 1/2 and full portions (nice). The Scottish salmon with pea risotto was super delicious, one of the best salmon dishes I've ever had. The arctic char was just ok, wonderfully crispy and tender but served with an overpowering wild mushroom sauce. The local mahi mahi was also just ok; it suffered from mushiness. There is a nice selection of seafood-friendly wines by the glass. The desserts were good. To our disappointment, the key lime pie was not available. The passionfruit cheesecake was very good. The flourless chocolate cake was forgettable. Overall, we were impressed with the food, service and atmosphere.

Nice atmosphere with dark woods and beautiful aquarium. Wait staff was excellent. Food was excellent with nice flavors and expertly prepared. I recommend the mahi mahi with green curry. Sea bass was also good. Pricey but not out of line for Palm Beach.

PARTIAL REVIEW -Chef Black's menu changes daily depending on what the ocean brings in. Considering Florida's incredible access to fresh, fabulous fish and shellfish, there are a lot of sea-centric restaurants in the area. However, one thing that definitely makes PB Catch stand out is their "Seacuterie" (a cheeky term trademarked by their team). Inspired by the super trendy Charcuterie (salted, smoked, cured meats, pates, terrines, and sausages), their Seacuterie uses the same techniques as seen with pork but, of course, with seafood instead. Seacuterie selections can be chosen in groups of 3 or 6 and are presented together for sharing on a board. -The remaining sections of the menu include: Raw Bar (9 oysters, clams, snow crab claws, cocktail, platters), Tartares (fish and meat), Daily Specials, Small Plates, Fish, Land (meat and veggie options), and Sides. Seacuterie ($29 for Choice of 6) Boquerones (Marinated White Anchovies, Picholine Olives) Cured Seabass (Red Miso Cured, Crispy Shitake, Sake Aioli, Wakame) Salmon Pastrami (Rye Crouton, Kraut, 1000 Island Aioli) Lemon & Oregano Smoked Swordfish (Sauce Remoulade) Octopus Torchon (Chorizo, Pickled Sweet Corn) Coffee Cured Pumpkin Swordfish (Vanilla Crème Fraiche) The seacuterie was hit and miss with us. The Boquerones were briny, flavour packed little bites, with enough fat to balance out all that salt. The Seabass was too chewy and tough to enjoy, though the sake aioli had an interesting flavour. The two swordfishes could not have been more different. The lemon and oregano was so perfectly seasoned and fulfilling, it almost tasted like juicy meat. The pumpkin application, on the other hand, was disappointing. I didn't really notice any pumpkin or coffee flavour imparted on the fish, so the vanilla crème fraiche felt out of place. The octopus also somewhat missed the mark- the torchon was tender but the dish was bland. Considering there were some baby bits of chorizo in there, it just wasn't enough to season the fish. The result was an overly sweet corn flavour and pretty much nothing else. In contrast, however, the salmon was my absolute fave. When combined with the Russian dressing, the sauerkraut and the crispy little rye, the smoked, seasoned fish tasted exactly like a Reuben. Crispy Bay Scallops ($15) Braised Oxtail, Fine Herb Spaetzle, Compressed Green Apple Loved this and wanted more. The combination of the light and crispy scallops with the rich meaty oxtail, the chewy spaetzle dumplings and the sweet and tangy apple was addictive. A really, really good dish. Crab & Cauliflower Gratin ($18) Baked Peekytoe Crab Meat, Roasted Cauliflower, Speck, Aged White Cheddar Another awesome shareable plate. The crab and cauliflower were so sweet, the flavour almost resembled corn, while the salty speck and aged cheese balanced it out. Nothing could be more comforting than smearing a spoonful of this goodness onto a buttery toasty baguette (which honestly were delicious in their own right). My only criticism, and it's minor, is that I think this dish could have been elevated with a little bit of heat- something to balance out the sweet, salty richness going on. Popcorn Shrimp ($14) Florida Rock Shrimp, Sweet Chili Garlic, and Tartar Dipping Sauces Our server wasn't very enthusiastic when we mentioned this selection, which made me hesitant to follow through. But in the end, I was glad we did. The shrimp were fried in a light and crispy batter, that managed to cook the shrimp perfectly without leaving them chewy and overdone. Of the two dips, I actually really liked the less traditional sweet chili, which had a nice level of heat to cut the fat from the fry time. Caramelized Soy Brussels Sprouts ($9) My partner and I have a thing for Brussels sprouts, and this was a tasty version. The sweet, salty, umami rich sauce was absolute perfection from a flavour front, but perhaps could have used some reducing time. It was a bit watery in the bottom of the bowl. I also think this dish could have been elevated about 10 fold had the vegetables been roasted and caramelized (as the name suggested) rather than steamed. Regardless, it was delish, and a good way to round out a rich meal. Key Lime Pie, Coconut Crust ($9) I've eaten a lot of key lime pie in Florida, and this was a solid version. The curd was silky smooth with a good balance of sweet and sour, and the coconut crust lent a really satisfying chewy texture. Leave room for dessert if you can! Closing Remarks: -For 2 cocktails, 2 glasses of wine, 1 glass of Sauternes, 1 cappuccino, 6 Seacuterie, 3 small plates, a side dish and dessert, the bill came to $220 including tax and tip. Worth the price? Considering everything but the dessert and side was made of pricey seafood, I'd say it was money well spent.

Top quality atmosphere. Oyster sampler was as good as it gets. Both fish dishes ordered were succulent, especially the Sea Bass. I would definitely go there again.
Had a reservation for 8:30 Saturday May 23rd, to celebrate my wife's birthday. Had cocktails at the bar as our table was not ready at 8:30. We were seated at 8:50, and were immediately told by the server " don't get your heart set on sea bass or grouper or ceviche". This is a fish restaurant and apparently the only fish they had was Yellow fin tuna. I summoned the manager Daniel, who could only offer " we hopelessly underestimate.... And then offered we found some sea bass for you" My question is....where did the sea bass magically materialize from? Not sure what game they were playing, but when 2 out of 3 market catches are not available, sounds to me like the captain disappeared from the bridge.... Thank you PB Catch for ruining my wife's birthday dinner... And maybe Daniel should learn some humility!

We live in the area but this was our first time here. The food was amazing and the waiter (Leo) might have been the best waiter I have ever had! He gave suggestions but did not annoy, he was entertaining but let us be a family, and most importantly he made my son feel really special. We went for my son's birthday and I was nervous about bringing a 6 year old to such a nice place but he was amazing! I can't wait to go back.

Beautiful environment. well appointed. Food was excellent although a bit overpriced. Mussels were great and lobster app as well. Would have given five stars except for fact that three of us ordered grouper and when bill came three different prices. Two were correct and when pointed out they fixed it,but it bothered us. Back once again, two nights ago.Food again was excellent, but this time we realized that everything is simply overpriced. ..particularly the wine list. Please ,$14 for a glass of Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc.A bottle costs $12 to buy !! As I said food was excellent, but all four of us had same reaction to prices.

Awesome! Staff, and I can!t say enough about the food!! The Cioppino sauce was out of this world. Comparing it to The Impudent Oyster in Chatham Mass the Pg Catch wins. The Sea Bass was also amazing. It had a light buttery crisp finish that mad the fish melt in your mouth. Some say the pricing is high, but compared to a good seafood restaurant!! It's spot on! Thank you for making our 10year anniversary a memorable one!!

If you are a Seafood lover; then, this is the right place to go and enjoy the highest quality and variety of local seafood. I went there with my dear friend Joe who introduced me to the owner of this fabulous restaurant. We started with our usual glass of red wine.... and it has great wines by the glass, I am serious, sometimes you want something really delicious without ordering a bottle and the wine selection is stellar! The food here was fresh and delicious, we ordered a dozen of middle neck clams, a dozen of extra large stone crab claws, and it was very fresh with and excellent texture and freshness. Also, we ordered my classic Caesar Salad and the Crab & Coconut Salad which both were delicious and tasteful. I really enjoy my dinner time there; even though, it was kind of pricey...it is really worthy.

Food is predictable and nothing particularly special but you know what to expect anyway. It is also much better than a lot of the cheap eating places. The staff were friendly and helpful to us although at busy times they can be under pressure. Sit back, take in the atmosphere, relax and enjoy and buy a souvenir as well!

Seafood lovers will enjoy PB Catch, because it unabashedly features a menu consisting almost entirely of seafood selections: raw, "seacuterie", and multiple fresh catches. The Chilean Sea Bass (certified sustainable) was buttery, complemented by a slightly sweet Asian sauce. The tile fish special was tasty, but overly rich and filling with a mushroom sauce on pureed potatoes. Pretty decent wine list. Service was extra friendly, although a bit inattentive when it came time to finish and pay.

Before I review the fabulous dinner I had last night...Please note both YELP and Google maps indicate that this wonderful restaurant is closed on Sunday nights...It is NOT closed, but happily open on Sunday nights. My date and I had a wonderful dinner starting with the seacuterie option. We had the hoisin marintated tuna, the salmon pastrami and the octopus torchon...all of which were a delight on the taste buds. Flavors beautifully balanced literally danced on the taste buds. They have a lovely by the glass wine list...I had the Albarino which complimented the seacuterie very well. And then on to dinner....I chose the Shrimp and Grits. This is not your every day Shrimp and Grits. Again, the flavors and textures were balanced to a tee, the shrimp seasoned and cooked to perfection, and the addtion of the duck egg on top was an excellent addition. I would change nothing about this dish. My date had the tile fish with the madeira reduction. I had two bites and it also was perfection, again layers of flavors, textures and visually beautiful. We were too full for dessert but enjoyed espressos and after dinner drinks (their list was extensive). Our server Tracy was very attentive and my only comment was that I wish she had asked if I wanted another glass of wine during my meal, instead of after I had finished it, but I was so absorbed in how good the food was that I didn't even noticed I had finished the glass. The restaurant is beautiful with the usual assortment of Palm Beach Islanders and visitors - dress is casual, but saw very few people in jeans...Valet parking was available as well. We will be returning....

Won't even think about returning- ridiculously small portions with not so special food for big bucks.

Yelp reviews are an endless source of entertainment for me, particularly when they involve Palm Beach restaurants. Always "Ohmygosh HOW can you hate this place? I'm from Crackerville Louisiana and this is the best restaurant I've ever even thought about setting foot in"...or..."It's terrible. I'll never even bring my dog takeout from this place again. Our server looked at me funny and the tablecloth was put on asymmetrically and our server brought the check when I didn't ask for it SO I BROKE HIS FINGER." I'll try to bring some sanity to all of this for you. If you hadn't figured it out already...order seafood. (!!!) The wine list is not atrocious, but not great either. Sometimes they have good oysters, sometimes they don't. Such is life when one serves things that are seasonal and fresh, rather than just frozen and heated up in a microwave, so your mileage, as they say, may vary. No, it's not cheap, but then again, it's not much more expensive (if at all) than one of the rubbish chain restaurants across the bridge. For the Crackerville demographic, it's decidedly worth noting that a reasonable meal at The Cheesecake Factory would cost just as much, but the food here is decidedly superior. I can't believe I just said that without irony. Anyhow, a meal here is not life-changing and it's unlikely that your tastebuds will explode with elation. This is not the place in NYC where you have to book a reservation three weeks out, nor does it pretend to be. But it's certainly good enough, the ambiance isn't bad, and I've spent money in far worse ways. Enjoy.

Unforgettable! I was in Palm Beach this past weekend and had the most amazing meal, I think, ever. And the ambiance and energy was perfect. First, we started off with bread (the dark rye bread was a favorite) followed by a flavorful caprese salad. I ordered the seabass for a main course (as recommended by my waiter, although I would have ordered it anyway!), and it had an amazing sauce at the bottom where my brussel sprouts soaked up the flavor; my fish was cooked to perfection and was flavored nicely. For dessert, I had Key Lime pie. Key lime is not usually the dessert of my choosing, but it was near the end of the night and they had already run out of cheesecake and chocolate cake. The key lime pie was a pleasant surprise- it basically tasted like cheesecake with a hint of lime and a bit of strawberry sauce drizzled on the plate. I highly recommend this place. I wish this restaurant was in every city.

Nice looking place. Signage is very discrete so you have to look closely. We were anticipating a nice meal, were seated and given bread and water and then became invisible At best a third of the tables we seated so they were not that busy on a Saturday evening. We sat, we waited. Our table was passed by several times. We sat for 15 minutes and no one even acknowledged our presence with as much as a hello, much less ask for a drink order. We left and as going out the waitress and apparently manager- owner were at the door. He was talking with someone else and I told the hostess we were leaving as no one would help us. She looked perplexed. We then stood out front with the valet waiting for a cab for about 5 minutes and no one spoke to us. Very strange evening and my conclusion was they just don't care.

Stopped by without reservations and sat at the raw bar. Got to watch all the food being prepared. Oysters were great, plate of raw fish really great. One of the better Caesar salads. Slightly disappointed with the stone crab, we ordered the extra jumbo and it was not impressive. Have had better many places . All in all, cool vibe and would recommend you pop in

I went here while on a girls trip to Palm Beach. The decor is nice, and the wine was delicious. I ordered the half size portion of tuna, which was ok, but I've had better, however the coconut rice that came with it was outstanding. Heirloom tomato salad was good, but severely overpriced for the portion. The waiter seemed very overwhelmed and hurried the whole night, and looked at one of the girls in disbelief when she said her salad was going to be her entree. It was a $17 salad! When the salad came it was some butter lettuce with 2 grapes cut in half on each corner of the plate. That's it! It was ok, but I've had better at dining establishments in my hometown of Charleston, SC. I was a bit disappointed in our service but I guess maybe he assumed that since we were a party of 6 he was going to get a 20% tip regardless of service, since it was included.

Open only a week, PB Catch is an excellent, upscale seafood restaurant - you would have thought it has been part of the Palm Beach scene for years. Elegant, dark wooded dining room - black and white framed photos on the wall and a large raw bar - like being on a luxury ocean liner with Grace Kelly and Prince Rainer. Our hostess offered us a choice of seating - the bar area, the raw bar or the dining room. We chose the raw bar seating as a chance to watch the skilled shuckers prepare the oysters and clams. The tuna appetizer, slightly Asian inspired with a delicate sesame sauce was excellent as was the shrimp cocktail. Entrees of macadamia encrusted group and Scottish salmon with pea puree were both creative and fresh.

This review based on 1/4/13 Ka-Pow Began with 18 Blue Point Oysters. Very good, fresh, everything an Oyster should be. The Order of Raw Clams were spot on. Nice Size, Briny and fresh. The Lump Crab Meat Appetizer was a decent portion served with a nice Scratch Mayo. Entrees: The Chilean Sea Base was plated nicely, served in a broth which was nicely seasoned but not over whelming. The Portion of the Fish was generous and flavor was spot on. An excellent entree. The Fish and Chips Entree was Meh. However in deference to the restaurant, I think it merely is preference. It was a shmuky choice on my part. Why would someone choose such an entree when there are so many other wonderful choices? My bad. I can review that the Fish and Chips were fresh, hot and I assume a very good rendition. Now, folks normally I don't even mention coffee during my opinion. However I must as it was the only hiccup and one that made me scratch my head. Point blank the coffee was poor. It was served tepid at best, the taste was blah. I know, many of you, my readers are saying to yourself why not just send it back for a fresh cup? I don't know. If the Manager reads my Blog, please do not serve a cup a coffe which has so obviously been sitting for so long. The service was good and as expected. I would re-visit PB Catch. A very good, smartly managed Palm Beach Restaurant.

Went here on a whim tonight and glad that we did. The interior is very nicely done. We were still full from a very late lunch so we decided to have light dinner. we started with the lobster bisque... I liked it very much, but some people may think that there's some bitterness, but I think it was just right. My companion had the half plate skirt steak, and he really enjoyed it. I had the appetizer sampler for main course and I'm glad that I ordered that. The manager is very welcoming... And I think he's very sincere. Though the experience almost got ruined by the "little waiter" who did a very good job to appear professional but show his nastiness at the same time. if I ever come back, I will definitely ask for a different waiter/ waitress.

We love it here. We go regularly for "date night". Romantic, good food and we can actually hear each other talk!

O-Y-S-T-E-R-S ! ! ! It's August in Florida and I just had a massive platter of the freshest oysters ever. Wellfleets, Cotuit, Quilcenes, kumamotos...man these oysters are A+ quality! I've never had it so good in Palm Beach County. I also had the heirloom tomato salad with white balsamic dressing and fine buffalo mozzarella. Also top notch in freshness and taste. Yes the service is kind of mediocre but the food triumphs over all in restaurant land. If you are into seafood this is the best in Palm Beach right now. Definitely beats The Breakers Seafood Bar which until this point was the best. I don't know of a better seafood spot in PBC at the moment. Certainly not for oysters anyway. For crap sake if you love oysters get over here before you die, okay? They have 241 happy hours with 1$ oysters...my ass will be parked there as long as I'm in PBC. The other people with me all lived their food as well. This restaurant is owned by the same people who have Pistache in West Palm, which is a solid establishment.

A lot of buzz about nothing. However, decor is beautiful and we met our friends early to have drinks in the bar. The bar staff/manager is great but I'm afraid after that it's completely downhill. The service wasn't good and seemed a little light. They use a "team" approach but the "team" wasn't organized. They come around with a bread offering but after noticing this I had to ask if our table could have some. The fish "simply grilled" was bland and boring, brussel sprouts were steamed served in a bowl with a little balsamic in the bottom blah blah blah. Parachment paper prepared fish wasn't any better. Appetizer to dinner was disappointing but the cheesecake was amazing, the only thing I recommend. We where there on a Saturday and I understand they were busy but when you have to ask for everything from water, bread to the bill I'll pass. I hope PB Catch gets better!!

Spectacular! This is a fabulous addition to the food scene on Palm Beach. We needed a seafood restaurant with not only great food, but also great style. This restaurant covers both elements beautifully. Our party of six were handled professionally by both the staff and the management, and everyone loved their meals. The pricing is standard for Palm Beach, but portions are ample, and the variety of dishes from which to choose are note worthy. This is a tough ticket already, so word has gotten out how great this place is. We will rush back, and we wish them continued success. Memorable: crab meat cocktail, shrimp cocktail, chicken scallopine, and shoestring french fries with sea salt. We HAD to try those..... :) :) Enjoy!

Amazing food and superbly mixed cocktails. The oysters and fish are all extremely fresh. I was impressed to learn the specials include very fresh locally caught fish. Delicious! The ambiance is also great. I particularly like the mahogany wood and black and white wall art. The service was excellent and the staff informative. It is a must see destination during your Palm Beach visit!

Great guy!
(5)Angela M.

(3)Jeanne-Marie M.
(5)W C.
Nice, modern and sleek environment. The fish is fresh and simple. Must try the sea salt fries!
(4)Mr. P.
(3)Theresa L.
Came here for an anniversary, food was excellent, the sea bass was the best I have ever had. Dessert was ok. The manager at one point walked around and greeted the people next to us, it doesn't seem like they do anything special if your celebrating. Either way the waiter was attentive and food was great!
(4)Erin Y.
(4)Marian O.
I had the nicest time at PB Catch. Wonderfully fresh fish, great original recipes, presentation and impeccable service. And the wine list is the best. I really, really love this place! Great effort guys... good job!! Thumbs up =)
(5)Mary-Ann I.
Awesome happy hour! Oysters are $1 each and drinks are 2-for-1 from 4:30 to 6:30. Oysters were fresh. We had both Blue Point and Canadian Balone (Balone's were $4.50 each). Great ambience and friendly service.
(4)Robert S.
(1)Andrew W.
(5)Denise D.
(5)Elisa B.

(5)Leslie D.
(5)Judith S.
I am giving this resturants a one star because we arrived at 8.30pm on a Saturday night , to find that they were out of Chilean Sea Bass as well as Grouper!! There are only three fish dishes on this menu and to be out of two, of the three, shows poor management skills!!
(1)Marc N.
(4)Cynthia G.
(4)Samantha H.
(5)Christine B.
(3)Messy H.
(5)Eric Y.
(4)Dean S.
Out of the only 3 fishes on the menu at 8:30pm on a Saturday night. Really? At a seafood restaurant. Will not be back and the owner Daniel smith was rude about it.
(1)Nan T.
Went there for the happy hour! Oysters were awesome the other happy hour appetizers were okay....
(3)Erin H.

(4)Andrew H.
Top quality atmosphere. Oyster sampler was as good as it gets. Both fish dishes ordered were succulent, especially the Sea Bass. I would definitely go there again.
(5)Robert C.
PB Catch is excellent in style, preparation and service. We were six all of whom ordered different entrée and appetizer and everyone was delighted with their picks. Will defiantly return and try some of the small plate items.
(5)David S.
(1)Jill C.
(5)Steve P.
Outstanding food and ambience. One of the top eateries in Palm Beach County
(5)Ira S.
(3)Michael B.
Went to PB catch to celebrate my birthday. As usual, the food and service were both impeccable.
(5)Diane B.
(5)Esther A.
(4)Jeri E.
(5)Anthony L.
(4)Tatyana N.
Oh my god! This place is awesome! Food and service. Great and a welcome addition to the island food scene. Their pre-fix and flavor of PB menu's are off the chart!
(5)Pierre D.
Every time I'm here I have a wonderful experience. This is a seafood bizarre with something for everyone! A gastronomical world class place that always leaves me completely satisfied.....

(5)William H.
